These Cast Sintered Iron Masterdrive L100 coupling hub sets have a machined and chamfered 3/4 X 1 Inch shaft bore in each hub with a keyway to securely mount onto shafts at high speeds. The coupling set is made up of (2) hubs with 3.580 Inch outside diameter and measures 2.54 Inch when completely assembled with the proper SOX spider insert. Jaw coupling assemblies join a motor's or movable machine's shaft to a stationary machine's shaft. Each set is set up so that two jaws lock around a jaw-coupling spider to form a full coupling. For the majority of industrial applications, straight jaw couplings work well; however, curved jaw couplings work best in situations requiring zero backlash, including stepper or servo motor applications requiring precise motion control.
