WOW! You are not going to believe this company's customer service and technical support. All we needed was a new belt for our sawmill. Our normal repair shop did not have it in stock. I ended up doing an online search of the worn belt markings and came upon Maxtran. With a worn belt Michael was able to figure out the belt I needed with a few basic measurements. Even though it was a smaller order they did not trying to gouge me on the price, they notified me of every step of the purchase process, and then did follow-up to make sure all was well. I am now going to make Maxtran my go to supplier for all future MRO needs

Best customer service I've ever experienced! We have bought our Timken ball bearings from Amazon's B2B in the past. In looking for a new supplier I located Maxtran online while searching for hard to locate tapered roller bearings. The process was seamless from verifying stock, the brand, technical specifications and getting a discounted price so I ordered the bearings. I received them within a few days when Amazon was telling me I had to wait 2 weeks! Michael informed me the bearings would be delivered within 3-4 days and true to his words the bearings arrived on the exact day stated. The morning of the delivery I received an unsolicited follow-up call from Michael with tracking to verify that I had received the correct products. Thank you for the awesome service. I have set Maxtran as our preferred supplier for these Timken ball bearings!

I have used Maxtran for SKF bearings and TCM seals for several years. As an OEM we are constantly looking for better suppliers who can accommodate our fluctuating demand. Through multiple orders, Maxtran has always been consistently good to work with across the board. Pricing is very competitive, and shipments are much timelier than SKF directly. We use large quantities of SKF ball bearings and SKF spherical roller bearings and Maxtran has implemented a JIT stocking program, so we never run out of parts if SKF has any production delays. I just send Michael a print and he ensures all the bearing engineering conforms and then I can move-on to another project. They have earned my trust and are my sole backup when SKF correct and timely. I couldn't be happier!

I found Maxtran when we had a complete retrofit of all the HVAC units in our entire facilities prison system. We needed 250 belts within 5 days for our contractors to install. We called everyone and NO ONE could help us. After some discussions about the pulley/belt configuration Michael was able to get us into some multi-rib belts which are much stringer and heavier to help run the condenser more efficiently. When I heard about their Wholesale Distributor membership for a mere $19.99 to save another 30% on our $15,000 order, I could not issue the PO fast enough. We have been a customer ever since.
