The NSK 2319-K Double Row Self-Aligning Ball Bearing is an open-design, double-row rolling-element bearing designed for use in situations where there is angular misalignment or shaft displacement.
PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS
Self-Aligning: The outer ring contains a shared spherical raceway, which allows the inner ring, balls, and cage to swivel and correct for slight shaft or housing misalignments without binding.
Clearance: The (C0) Standard and (C3) Extra internal clearance makes it ideal for settings in which temperature changes cause the shaft and housing to expand at different rates.
Performance: Self-aligning bearings have lower friction qualities than ordinary deep-groove ball bearings and run cooler even at high speeds.
Cage Materials: Equipped with a (M) Machined Brass, (E) Sheet Steel and (TVH, ETN9, TN) Plyamide (Nylon) for high strength and durability in demanding industrial environments.
Applications: Ideal for machine and heavy industrial applications where shaft alignment is difficult to maintain and where you have high radial loads and moderate to high speeds.
SERIES TYPE
- 1200 Series (Light): Optimized for higher speeds, lighter loads, and typical alignment corrections up to 2.5°.
- 1300 Series (Medium): Features a heavier cross-section with thicker rings and larger balls, allowing dynamic corrections up to 3.0°.
- 2200 Series (Light-Wide): Wider profile designed to fit double rows of balls with increased radial load capacities.
- 2300 Series (Medium-Wide): Delivers the highest radial capacity in this category, designed for aggressive heavy machinery environments.
