Portable Bearing Heater, 50/60Hz, 4A
A small, light bearing heating solution. Roller bearings are heated and mounted onto a shaft with an interference fit using the TMBH 5 portable bearing heater. It is adaptable enough to be employed in a variety of settings, such as a manufacturing floor, a work bench, or a field. Typical uses include servicing and maintenance tasks for equipment including blowers, fans, pumps, and gearboxes.
The utilization of advanced medium-frequency technology is primarily responsible for the device's near-silent operation and light weight of under 3 kg. It has an internal coil-containing induction clamp. A changing magnetic field is produced by the coils' current. Heat is produced as a result of the component's induced currents. The technique is highly efficient because this heat is produced inside the component rather than the clamp.
The heater creates a temperature differential between the shaft and the bearing. As a result, the bearing expands, eliminating the requirement for force during installation. Other ring-shaped metallic parts can also be heated by it.
The user can choose between Temperature Mode and Time Mode thanks to the device's user-friendly UI. When the TMBH 5 is operating, an LED indicator appears because it doesn't create much noise.
