Portable Bearing Heater, 220-240 V, 50/60 Hz, 1.2 kVA
Roller bearings can be heated and mounted onto a shaft with an interference fit using the small workbench heater TIH 15. Because of its small size, it will fit well on a workbench with extra room. It may be transported to the field or other site sites because it is sufficiently lightweight. Typical uses include upkeep and servicing tasks for equipment including blowers, fans, pumps, and gearboxes.
The utilization of advanced medium-frequency technology is primarily responsible for the device's near-silent operation. It has inductive coils beneath a U-shaped iron core. A shifting magnetic field is produced by the coils' current. The component experiences currents as a result, which are transformed into heat. The procedure is very energy-efficient because only the component is heated.
PRODUCT HIGHKIGHTS
- Causes the bearing to homogeneously heat up and expand
- Ensures the bearing can be positioned around the shaft without any force during installation
- Can also be used to heat other ring-shaped, metallic components
- Forms a consistent and low resistance closed circuit
- Heater keyboard control panel allows either Temperature Mode or Time Mode
