QD style bushings are designed with a 3/4" per ft gradual taper and have a have a single split through the entire unit to ease installation and removal from the 1-3/16 Inch shaft bore. The inside diameter is locked to the outer shaft by a precision hobbed internal keyway (most sizes) for higher torque and speed capacity while in motion. Each QD Bushing comes equipped with cap screws and lock washers, enhancing overall stability for mounting through the 3.875 Inch diameter solid flange. Every size of SK Pulley Bushings is interchangeable with competitive QD (Quick Detachable) bushings and manufactured from high strength Ductile Iron to handle heavy duty equipment like Fans & Blowers, Ventilation Units, Agricultural blower units, Pumps and Conveyors Mixers in the HVAC, Mining, Bulk Material Handling and Package Material Handling industries.
