No additIonal or implied warranties for this product are offered by MAXTRAN®. An RGA is required for all returns. We do not offer refunds without a replacement order of equal or greater value from the original order. If products are out-of-stock when a replacement is needed a store credit will be issued. Returns are only allowed for manufacturing defects and product damage. A 30% Restock Fee will be charged for all approved returns unless the product is dispositioned to be defective by our Quality Manager . All Shipping is non-refundable and any return shipping to our warehouse is the customers responsibility.
