QD® Quick Detachable Bushings

When it comes to Quick Disconnect (QD®) bushings for timing pulleys, sprockets, sheaves, and gears, Maxtran has been a top supplier of pulley bushings since 2005. For simplicity of installation and removal, quick-detachable bushings feature a split through the entire unit and are flanged. To facilitate the bushing's movement along the drive shaft, the split in the bushing wall can be gradually widened. Compared to non-flanged bushings, the flanged bushing allows for more precise positioning of the bushing in the bore. The flange mounts to the pulley or sprocket. Our large inventory or ready-to-ship steel QD® bushings have bore sizes ranging from ½" to 7" and a torque capacity of 1,500 to 20,000 pounds.
