Idler Bushings

Proudly Made in the USA offered by Maxtran almost all stock v-belt drives using sprockets, timing belt pulleys, and other equipment that employ QD®, DST®, or T-L® bushings will accomodate idler bushings. They have two ball bearings or needle bearings of the same grade as electric motors that are permanently greased and fixed on a precision shoulder bolt. Zinc plating covers the shoulder bolt and two hex jam nuts. The threaded shaft is installed by passing it through a hole bored in the support structure and tightening the locking nut. It is possible to remove sheaves, sprockets, or other components without having to remove the idler bushing. Included with all Maxtran supplied idler bushings are all the mounting hardware needed. Idler bushings have ball bearings that are continuously greased for continuous, maintenance-free operation.
