X-Rings

X-rings are comparable to O-rings in terms of handling and application, but because of their X structure, they are more stable. They have a nearly square cross-section profile and are double-acting four-lip seals. When constructed and forced into an axial or radial installation space, the X-rings produce their sealing effect. The media pressure strengthens the sealing function when it is in use.
