Hygienic USIT® Seals

USIT rings are utilized in industrial settings where a secure sealing effectiveness must be ensured, high pressure is prevalent, and high seal tightness is necessary, such as in the food, pharmaceutical, or processing sectors. For the static sealing of screw and flange connections, Maxtran offers USIT rings, which are metallic flat seals with an internally or externally vulcanized, trapezoidal, rubber-elastic sealing bead. A secure, self-reinforcing sealing effect is ensured by the sealing bead.
