Double Pitch Chain
Double-pitch chains, another name for conveyor roller chains, are made to move loads over greater distances at slow to moderate rates. Double the pitch of conventional roller chains is achieved by the longer plates on the chain links. These chains are frequently seen in farming equipment and road construction, where they are appropriate for situations in which the two spinning shafts are spaced farther apart.
