Gear Coupling Half Assembly

Half gear coupling assemblies have 1/2 the components of a full coupling assembly.  Flex halves or G20 double engagement coupling halves have (1) steel tooth gear flex hub and (1) mating gear tooth sleeve precision machined and mated for perfect tooth alignment and engagement. Rigid halves or G52 single engagement coupling halves have just (1) integrated flanged rigid hub with bolt holes in the outer flange diameter for mounting.  Neither half set cones with the required grade 5 bolt kit as the assumption is the parts will be mated to an existing coupling half and use the same bolts.  Its critical that you do not mix components from different brands or from machined hub-sleeve to another sleeve. The parts are only interchangeable as complete half couplings so the bolt hole patterns in th flanges align. Our couplings are Made in the USA and are offered in both exposed bolt and shrouded bolt patterns in sizes 1 (1010G) thru size 7 (1070G) and come standard with pilot bores so you can custom machine whatever size shaft you require for your application.
