Microribbed K section V-belts are classified according to the thickness of each rib and the top width. Each rib has a nominal thickness of .141" (real measurements may vary slightly), and the top width depends on the number of ribs. They work well with high-speed drive systems found in medical equipment, vacuum cleaners, lawn mowers, and washing machines.
