Split Plummer Block Units

Tapered bore and straight bore roller bearings, which may be replaced without disassembling the entire assembly, are used in split-housing pillow block assemblies. Heavy-duty bolts that run parallel to the shaft the bearing holds are used to secure the base of the bearing to a surface. While the base bears the weight, the shaft may move smoothly thanks to pillow block bearings. Heavy radial, axial, or thrust loads seen in mining, conveying, and industrial precast applications can be supported by tapered roller bearings.  A roller bearing, SNW (sleeve, nut, washer) adapter, triple labyrinth seals, taconite seals, and the cast-iron housing that supports the rotating rollers make up these split-housing pillow block roller bearing assemblies.
