Needle Roller Bearings

Needle roller bearings are designed for conditions with limited radial space because of their tiny profile. High radial loads and high speed applications are supported by these small-diameter cylindrical rollers. You can rely on Maxtran to supply a variety of shaft sizes and needle roller bearing types, including heavy-duty models, which have a thicker outer shell that acts as the outer-ring raceway for shock resistance and high load capacity.  We provide drawn-cup needle roller bearings with an outer cup, or shell, that acts as the outer ring raceway for use in drive lines and steering systems in automotive applications. The cup is case-hardened after being drawn from a steel strip. Thin needle bearings for applications requiring tight clearance are axial cage and roller assemblies.  Maxtran also supplies outer shells with roller assemblies, inner rings, and axial washers for needle roller bearings.
