Bearing Components

Adaptive accessories are essential for stabilizing bearings to stop them from moving while being used.  Tapered-bore bearings are precisely located and mounted on straight shafts by bearing components in high-load applications including hoisting, manufacturing, and mining.  Without crucial bearing components like bearing lock washers, bearing locknuts, bearing stabilizing rings, and labyrinth triple seals to stop oil and lubricants from escaping into the bearing and surrounding areas, mounted bearings would not function as intended.  In order to secure the components in the housed assembly to the adjacent shaft during rotation, SNW (Sleeve, Nut, and Washer) adapters with a 1:12 Taper Ratio, withdrawal sleeves, and precision locknuts are even more important for shaft mounting.  Accurate mounting of tapered bore bearings on cylindrical non-tapered shaft surfaces is made possible by withdrawal sleeves. A suitable, independently supplied locknut secures a withdrawal sleeve that presses into a tapered bearing bore. Bearings and sleeve adapters are firmly fixed to shafts by bearing locknuts.
