BALL VALVES
Ball valves regulate how chemically compatible media move through a system. A handle is used by manually controlled ball valves to initiate and halt the flow of suitable medium. In a variety of industrial and commercial applications, general-purpose manual ball valves regulate the flow of suitable media, including water, steam, oil, air, and inert gas. NSF/ANSI 61 (National Sanitation Foundation/American National Standards Institute) regulations for managing drinking water are satisfied by manual ball valves for potable water.
