Automotive Duty Motors

Automotive duty motors are specifically designed for U-Frame motor dimension and performance.  Maxtran offers automotive duty motors in 1 - 60 hp ranges with NEMA frame 182 – 405U frames in footless (no mounting bracket and Foot mounted. They are manufactured with a heavy duty cast iron frame using maximum duty double shielded regreaseable ball bearings for low noise and high RPM's. The are offered in standard TEFC (totally enclosed fan cooled) design and rated @ 3phase and 460 volt. Automotive duty motors are ideal for Pumps, Compressors, Fans, Conveyors and Machine tool applications.
