Our massive nationwide stock of QD® and TL® idler bushings are designed to accommodate v-belt drives, timing belt pulleys, sprockets,and other drive components that use bushings. Idler bushings are easily installed by tightening the threaded shaft through a hole bored in support structure, and tightening the locking nut. N/A Two ball bearings of electric motor grade that are permanently greased and installed on a precision shoulder bolt are part of their equipment. It has two hex jam nuts and a zinc-plated shoulder bolt. They mount to adjacent surfaces with supplied cap screws through the 4.625 Inch diameter solid flange that secures the concentric bore while reducing vibration in the drive. All SF Pulley Bushings are produced from high strength Steel to handle heavy duty equipment like Fans & Blowers, Ventilation Units, Agricultural blower units, Pumps and Conveyors Mixers in the HVAC, Mining, Bulk Material Handling and Package Material Handling industries.
