Idler bushings are easily installed by tightening the threaded shaft through a hole bored in support structure, and tightening the locking nut. N/A Two ball bearings of electric motor grade that are permanently greased and installed on a precision shoulder bolt are part of their equipment. It has two hex jam nuts and a zinc-plated shoulder bolt. They mount to adjacent surfaces with supplied cap screws through the 3.375 Inch diameter solid flange that secures the concentric bore while reducing vibration in the drive.
