How do I create an account?

1- Click “User Account” user-account-icon.png Icon in the top right corner.

2- Click the "New Account" Option in the drop down menu.
3- You will be prompted to enter your information on this screen and set your username, password and email.

4-Bada Bing! Your account is created. You will be able to start placing orders now. You have also been sent a confirmation email to remind you of your account details.

Do you offer credit terms?

Maxtran only allows credit terms to customers that have a legally registered physical address within Illinois. Our Credit Terms are 2% Net 15, No Exceptions! If you’d like to purchase on credit terms you can apply by filling out our Commercial Credit Application and emailing it to sales@maxtranusa.com for review.

Is my payment secure?

Yes, Maxtran payment processors meet all Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards and our website and servers are is SSL secured for added security. Maxtran uses a STRIPE as our main payment gateway and Paypal as our backup payment gateway.  Both our payment gateways have PCI DDS Level 1 Clearance. Can I call-in and place my order?

Although we prefer that you place your orders online for the benefit of account setup, setting your password and tracking your order we do have Sales Representatives that will take your order over the phone. Just phone-icon.jpg call us @ 844.329.1777 and one of our industry experts will help you place your order.

What is your return policy?

 What Brands do you currently sell?

Although we are constantly adding new top brands to our catalog you can find the current list of manufacturers we offer by clicking on our brands.png page. If you have an inquiry about a brand you do not see on this page please contact our Sales Department using the Contact Us page so we can further assist you.

 Do you sell products NOT listed on your website?

YES!  Currently, we have approximately 3 Million parts featured in our store and are continually adding new categories, new brands and new parts inventory-management-icon.png.  However, we have access to over 10 Million products worldwide from over 400 suppliers so if you don't see  what you need online, click the icon and one of our Sales and Service Support team support-service-headphones-customer-icon.png will assist you. They will be more than happy to find the part you need.

Can you Blind Drop Ship for Me?

Absolutely! drop-ship-icon.png Just tell us in your order notes WHERE you want your products to ship, how you need the shipment packaged and what paperwork (if any) you want supplied to your customer.  ALL of our packages simply state "Central Distribution Warehouse" so our name will not be listed on the shipping label.

2-Click either “Your Recent items” or “View Order Status”

Am I required to pay Sales Tax on my Orders?

At this time Maxtran only collects sales tax from non-resellers who have a physical or shipping presence in the State of Illinois.  If you are a tax exempt entity please click the following Tax Forms tax-form.jpg and submit your tax exemption information by email to: sales@maxtranusa.com.  We will refund your taxes if they are applied to your order.
