A- Plate Flat Sprockets

Type A-Plate flat sprockets for ANSI #40 through #160 roller chain are high quality sprockets at affordable prices. We stock tooth counts ranging from 12 teeth up to 112 teeth. A-Plate sprockets are provided as a flat plate with no hub. This enables you to drill and mount the sprocket your machine without having a hub. All A-plate sprockets have a plain bore with no keyway or set screws. Our flat hubless sprockets are produced from 1045 Cold Drawn Carbon Steel with precision cut flame Precision Hobbed & Machined hardened teeth to minimize wear.  Depending on the sprocket size we offer unfinished plain steel and black oxide finish.  All dimensions conform to ANSI B29.1 standards.
