Any damage to motors sent by any carrier is not Maxtran's responsibility. In order for us to assess the problem, please check your order when it is delivered and get in touch with us right away if anything is broken, defective, or incorrect. Claims must be made directly to the shipper or to the entity that caused the damage. Returns are accepted by Baldor up to four (4) months after the original purchase date. Please get in touch with us via your purchase to seek a Return Authorization if you need to return an item. Returning the item you have and then buying a new one separately after the return is approved is the quickest approach to be sure you get what you want. after the object or items are returned in its original state, examined by a Baldor representative, and approved for disposal. You will automatically get a refund using the original payment method, including with any applicable restock fees, if the item is accepted upon arrival and inspection. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may take some time for your bank or credit card company.Maxtran will reimburse the item or items' original cost less a 20% restocking fee. An RMA is required for all returns. Returns are only allowed for manufacturing defects and product damage. A Restock Fee of 20% will be charged for all approved motor returns. All Shipping is non-refundable and any return shipping is the customers responsibility.
