APPLICATIONS: Banded V-Belts are Heavy-Duty multi-rib belts using a molded layer of rubber across each individual rib to form a single high-strength belt adding greater contact area between the belt and the corresponding pulley grooves. Ideally banded V-Belts are recomended for use where belts vibrations or belt whip causes unsatisfactory results when conventional multiple V-belts are used.
